We have a meeting with Ms.Quyen and Mr.Hai from Hcglobal on July 24th.Hcglobal is one dealer of Lister petter in Vietnam.They sell engines and spare parts.Ms.Quyen is purchase manager and Mr.Hai is engineer.They came to check our company and confirm the quality of spare parts we supply.

3 months ago,I find their company on Lister petter deals list.I send email to recommend some replacement Lister petter LPW/S/T spare parts and build business relationship with them.Later I quote the parts they are interested in and send some spare parts samples for them to test on machine.They show great interest to our offer and parts and decide to visit us.

During the meeting,I use one PPT to introduce our company's development history,today situation,turnover,misson and version,business range,service and so on.Then the engineer, Mr.Hai show us some original samples and compare with our parts to check the quality.We have some conversation on company information and get agreement on details of further cooperation.
